Supported models for contact angle measurement are Conic Section, Polynom, Circle, Young-Laplace, Height Width methods with measuring range of 0-180° with a resolution of 0.1°. Software ADVANCE|DropShape-Contact Angle Module may be used to determine static and dynamic contact angles using sessile drop and bubble methods. Resolution of this method is 0.1° with a accuracy of +/-1°, minimum speed 0.1°/s, maximum speed 4.5°/s. Tilting Base Assembly is also software-controlled and can rotate by 90° to measure advancing and receding contact angles as well as evaluation of roll off angle by tilting table method.
